Mobile Number Non-Sharing Commitment
Wonderlust Charters does not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver charter-related communications you have requested (booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and logistics). We do not transfer your mobile number to any third-party advertiser, data broker, or marketing network.
We may share limited information with service providers who assist in operating our business (e.g., booking platforms, SMS delivery providers, cloud hosting) only to the extent necessary to provide the service you've requested. All such providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2–10 messages per charter booking, depending on your scheduling needs and communication preferences.

Carrier Disclosures
Wonderlust Charters is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network availability. We do not guarantee message delivery times. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
International Users
SMS notifications are currently available for US-based mobile numbers only. If you are outside the United States, you will not receive SMS notifications and should rely on email communications instead.
6. E-Signatures & Agreement Data
Charter agreements and waivers signed through our platform are stored securely and include an audit trail (timestamp, IP address, and signer identity). Signed agreements are available to all parties named in the agreement for the retention period specified in our Terms of Service.
